pak23 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player shall be void and forfeited.
To access pak23's paid services, you must register a personal Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes.
Each individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) Account on the pak23 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms. pak23 will close all Accounts held by the same individual, and any balances and pending withdrawals associated with those Accounts will be forfeited.
pak23 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Account holders. You will be asked to provide documentation including, but not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. pak23 may restrict Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You warrant that all information provided to pak23 during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
pak23 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify pak23 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials.
pak23 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or where such access results from your own negligence.
All deposits at pak23 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods listed on the Platform's payment page at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method and Account tier.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pak23 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the deposited amount returned to the source, subject to standard processing times.
pak23 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g. JazzCash, HBL) may apply transaction fees independently. pak23 has no control over such charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account KYC verification has been successfully completed. pak23 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, including but not limited to source of funds documentation, updated identity documents, or proof of payment method.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. Gold-tier VIP members and above receive priority processing. Black Diamond tier members receive expedited same-day processing where technically feasible. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pak23 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal to a different payment method.
Where a Bonus has been claimed and its associated Wagering Requirement has not been met, your ability to withdraw real-money funds may be subject to restrictions as described in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting a Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pak23 Platform without prior written consent from pak23.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak23 support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 72 hours. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure — excluding Bonus Funds and their derived winnings where Wagering Requirements have not been met — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak23's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak23 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. pak23 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by pak23 is governed by the pak23 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
pak23 will only use your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including Account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming management. pak23 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak23 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak23's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pak23's licensing authority.
To initiate a formal complaint, contact pak23 support through the live chat channel on the Platform. pak23 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body under pak23's licence.

When material changes are made, pak23 will endeavour to notify registered Account holders through in-Platform messaging or registered email communication, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the pak23 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
